Ubbalamadugu Waterfalls:

Ubbalamadugu Waterfalls (also known as Tada Falls) is a waterfall in India’s Chittoor district, near Oneness Temple and Sricity. It is a magnificent sight to see a crystal clear waterfall falling from a height of 100 metres. 1st The falls are 80 kilometres (50 miles) from Chennai and 35 kilometres (22 miles) from Srikalahasti, and are part of the Buchinaidu kandriga and Varadaiahpalem mandals.

The Ubbalamadugu falls are situated in the Siddaiah Kona, a thick forest. The festival of Maha Shivaratri is a famous time for people to visit because of its connection to Shiva.

Tada Falls Trekking:

Tada Falls is becoming well-known among Chennai residents for its trekking opportunities. You can park your car near the Tada Ubbalamadugu falls parking lot and hike to the Tada Falls via the trail. The trek is almost ten kilometres long, with some rough patches and rugged terrain. Novice hikers can take a 3 km one-way trail that runs alongside a clear stream of water. Climbing the boulders to reach the base of the falls is an option for intermediate trekkers. While the trail can be strenuous at times, there are numerous water pools along the way and the area is well-forested, making for a fun walk.

The Ubbalamadugu Falls are open to visitors throughout the day from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Tada Falls Entry Fees: Fees are 20 INR per user (Forest entry charge)

Fees for vehicles are 50 INR for two-wheelers, 60 INR for three-wheelers, 200 INR for four-wheelers (Jeep/Car), and 300 INR for other heavy vehicles.

Charge for photography is 50 INR per camera.
