Sampath Vinayaka Temple Vizag History:
T.S. Rajeshwaran and T.S. Selvaganesan established this temple in 1962, and it is now managed by the Andhra Pradesh Endowments Department. Locals still think that during the 1971 Indo-Pakistani War, this temple rescued the city from the attack of the submarine PNS Ghazi, which sank off the coast of Visakhapatnam.
