Vadapalli Temple:

Vadapalli Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple situated in Atreyapuram Mandal vadapalli, East Godavari Dist. In Andhra Pradesh, is a very ancient and popular temple. The village is renowned for the temple of ‘ Sri Lord Venkateswara Swamy, ‘ which is also known as the ‘ Vadapalli Venkanna Swamy Temple.

Vadapalli Temple has a lengthy history and was later established in a large, spacious countryside. The roof around the temple is packed with “Govindanamalu,” which will help devotees recite them while pradakshinas are being performed. Mela(fair) stalls are arranged from half a kilometer from the temple every Saturday.

The Deity of Lord Venkateswara Swamy is made of ‘Sandal wood’.Here, also called ‘ Kalyana Venkateswara Swami ‘ is Sri Venkateswara Swami. Brahmotsavam has been celebrated for 10 days on a grand scale. A big number of devotees from different areas of the state visit here on this occasion to execute rituals and poojas. Also popular as Konaseema Tirupati, Vadapalli is situated in East Godavari district, 10 km from Ravulapalem town.
